Meet The Office

Dr. Michael Liebow, DPM

Dr. Liebow was born in New York and moved to Potomac, MD when he was six years old. He is a graduate of Thomas S. Wootton HIgh School in Potomac, MD.

Dr. Liebow received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in 1991. He did a year of post -baccalaureate studies at the University of Maryland.

He then went on to study podiatry at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now known as Temple University's School of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia. PA, where he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 1996.

He completed a one year podiatric medical residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Philadelphia, and then a one year long fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. He followed with a forefoot surgical residency at Englewood Hospital in New Jersey. He completed a three year trauma and reconstructive rearfoot residency for adults and pediatrics at Temple University Hospital and Temple Children's Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Liebow was voted as a Top Podiatrist by his peers in the Washingtonian Magazine.

He is a current member on staff at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC.

Dr. Liebow is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and enjoys hiking, camping, and outdoor activities.

Dr. Liebow resides in Rockville, MD with his wife and two children.

Heather Riley, Practice Manager

Heather was born in Rockville, Maryland and has lived in the area her whole life. She is a graduate of Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Maryland. She is currently undergoing accounting studies at Montgomery College.

Heather has worked for Dr. Liebow since 2010. She is well versed in all aspects of the office and is available to help patients at all times. She is always available and willing to help patients in whatever they need.

In addition to running Dr. Liebow's practice, Heather is also an accomplished small business owner with her own online store since 2013.

Heather enjoys long road trips, knitting, hiking, visiting museums and historical locations, and spending time with her family in West Virginia.

Heather resides in Rockville, MD with her husband and their dog, Kaylee..
